Conference Program Ads
Every conference registrant receives a Conference Program (8.5" x 11") upon receipt of his or her credentials. We welcomed over 1,200 attendees in 2012. The guidebooks contain essential information for navigating the conference panels, sessions and Music Festival showcases. Panelists bios and artist contact information make this a keeper for year round reference. A great advertising opportunity geared to the Americana community. Advance payment required. Gig Guide Ads
Gig Guides are distributed in numerous locations around Nashville and are given to each individual who attends the conference and/or nightly showcases. In 2012, the Gig Guides had a large reach with over 15,000 people attending the nightly events. Goody Bag Inserts
Every conference registrant receives a goody bag upon receipt of his or her credentials. We welcomed over 1,200 attendees in 2012. This opportunity is the best way to put your product in the hands of Americana Industry professionals.

Display your banner for a visual impression. Display locations include our showcase venues and the Listening Lounge on site.

Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the ballroom of the Sheraton Downtown Nashville Hotel. Banquet and conference space at the hotel allows for easy access between the Registration Desk, music Listening Lounge and Exhibit Hall areas. This layout provides a great opportunity for exhibitors to "see and be seen"! (We accept music industry related exhibitors only!)
Purchase of an Exhibit Hall Booth includes:
* One full conference registration
* One Honors & Awards Show ticket
* Two Exhibit Booth worker passes
One full booth includes floor space measuring 10' wide x 8' deep, along with an 8' high back drape and 3' high side drapes. Each booth includes a 6' x 30" draped table, two chairs, booth identification sign and wastebasket.
