Dwight Yoakam  Americana Meet 'N Greet Series Auction to WIN Tickets and Meet your Favorite Artist   Nashville, TN, March 31, 2013: The Americana Music Association has announced another round  of the Americana Meet 'n Greet Series, presenting fans the opportunity to meet some of the world's most beloved artists. Past auctions have included artists such as Alison Krauss & Union Station, featuring Jerry Douglas and The Avett Brothers.  Grammy© winner Dwight Yoakam has generously donated the experience to the Association. Mr. Yoakam will be performing several dates over the next few months.  Auction winners will receive two (2) special reserved seats and passes to meet the artist at the shows listed below. Each show will be individually auctioned.   4/6 - Taft Theatre in Cincinnati, OH 4/10 - Paramount Theatre in Aurora, IL  4/13 - Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN  4/14 - Riverside Theatre in Milwaukee, WI 5/16 - Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, TX Yoakam has sold more than 25 million albums, has 12 gold albums and nine platinum or multi-platinum albums, including the triple platinum "This Time." Fourteen of his albums have landed in the Top 10 Billboard Charts. More than 30 singles have charted, with 22 Top 20 hits, which include "Honky Tonk Man," "Please Please Baby," "Little Ways," "I Sang Dixie," "It Only Hurts When I Cry," "Fast as You" and "Thousand Miles from Nowhere."
