Bonnie Raitt and Richard Thompson @ Americanafest 2012 Registration Update!  Early Bird Rates EXTENDED THROUGH MONDAY FEBRUARY 4TH!      Make your plans now (and save 50% off the walk up rate) for the annual Americana Music Festival and Conference in Nashville September 18-22, 2013.  Full Festival & Conference registrations now cost only $250 for members and $350 for non-members (click here now to secure your discounted rate).  Rates go up Tuesday February 5th.   Last years event brought together was one of the best and featured legends and the next generation of stars (check out this facebook gallery).  Each year we are humbled by the artistry that supports our annual fundraiser.  We have officially started preparations for this years autumn event and are excited to make Americanafest 2013 another memorable week!     SUPPORT THE MISSION:  Are you a member?  Join now to support our mission to advocate for the authentic voice of American Roots Music around the world.   Your dollars help us to stay active all year round, to produce events like the Americana Music Festival & Conference in the fall, our SXSW showcase in March (more news on this to follow!), our Awards Nomination event in Los Angeles and we hope to expand to other cities this year. (Click here to become a member)   Only members may nominate and vote in our Annual elections for the Americana Honors & Awards and for our Board of Director Elections.   We are currently in the process of putting together Sponsor Packages for our 2013 event .  If you have an interest please drop me an email jed@americanamusic.org and we can tailor a package to your needs.     We also offer special advertising opportunites to promote and track our artists new album releases.    ADVERTISING AND RADIO SERVICES: The Americana Music Association offers year round advertising opportunities on our website.  A "Home Page" ad runs $500 for two months in rotation at americanamusic.org.  Size of the ad needs to be 468x60, preferably a jpg   Radio Chart (www.americanaradio.org) Ads cost $400 for Three months; size is 125x152 pixels or $550 for a double sized ad (125x304 pixels).    Who is playing my album?  The Americana Music Association Radio Tracking Service costs $400 for three months (or $1200 per year). Tracking gives you full access to weekly reports, playlists from each reporting station, current contact information, call times, email address & more for each reporter and access to all records being reported to the chart (nearly 600 records per week) - in addition to the top 40 and most added.     If you are interested in our advertising or tracking services, please email me (jed@americanamusic.org)  STAY TUNED!
